Hey, I’m not trying to sound like one of those attention wh*res that complain about all of their problems, I just have trouble talking to people,so I hoped this would help.I already know I’m depressed,I have been sad for a few years now, but it just got bad more recently,and now I have medication to take and therapists etc.That means since I am,I might just be making things worse in my head,because what happened was a girl I really liked,who told me multiple times she liked me,decided to go back on her word and tell me I helped her realize she wanted to be with another guy.To go more into it tho,I was recently(within the last 6 months) in a 10 month long distance relationship with a girl,I’ll just call D.She and I really liked eachother, and she was supposed to come over and we thought we were in love and everything. Well she ended up leaving me,when she sent me huge letters telling me she never would never leave, but now is telling me about how good her life is and how many times she’s f*cked her new guy.That really hurt,so when the new girl, S,came along and told me she liked me,I tried to not let it get to me too much,just play it easy.There was another guy everyone thought she liked tho, and she made it very clear to me she would never see him as anything more than a friend, so I finally let myself start really liking her.Now she told me she likes him,and will tell him today.I have terrible self confidence,so this really didn’t help. I can’t sleep, and I just don’t know..

I guess it depends on how old you are for what kind of opportunities there are. You should be really selfish for bit and work on yourself. Basically, you have to be in a good place with yourself before you can really add a girl. I’d get in really good shape physically and then start working on the social aspects. Get some good friends, maybe get involved with a subculture and start adding girls as friends. Eventually, you’ll meet someone.
